BGA was founded with the purpose of providing high-quality products to its customers. The company strives to set the standard for quality and service and has earned a reputation as a top aggregate provider throughout Southwest Saskatchewan.
Since we began operations in 2015, we’ve been dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships based on safety, trust, and service.
We care deeply about the environment and our community, which is why we’re committed to operations that have the least possible environmental impact. Our facility was designed using a mining plan developed by an accredited engineering firm. This plan consists of wildlife and archaeological studies, combined with a mining and reclamation plan that ensures an orderly excavation process, including proper conservation of topsoil for final reclamation.
BGA’s goal upon final reclamation is to leave the land area in a stable and sustainable condition, and an aesthetically pleasing and useable state, which meets or exceeds current reclamation standards. We have the ability to make spec crushed rock without the use of water, which achieves optimal water conservation.

Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the implementation of the company’s Health and Safety Program policies and procedures. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary to attain and maintain the Health and Safety excellence Brightsand Gravel & Aggregate Ltd. expects.
The management provides the necessary leadership and material support while encouraging and requiring all employees to participate in the Health and Safety Program. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and improving the overall safety performance of the company.
Our ultimate goal is to have an incident-free workplace for our employees, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors who work for, or in association with, Brightsand Gravel & Aggregate Ltd.
